摘要

通过相反转法合成了一种环氧乳液,讨论了不同乳化条件对乳液的影响,再按照一定配方制备了水性环氧清漆,通过测试清漆固化后漆膜的铅笔硬度、附着力、耐盐雾等各方面的性能,确定所制得乳液的性能特点。

Abstract

An aqueous epoxy emulsion was prepared by the reverse rotation method. The effects of different emulsification conditions on the emulsion were discussed. An aqueous epoxy emulsion was prepared according to a certain formula, and the performance characteristics of the prepared emulsion were determined through various performance tests such as pencil hardness, adhesion, and salt spray resistance after the emulsion was cured.
