    Graphene zinc coating was prepared by mixing graphene,epoxy resin,epoxy curing agent,zinc-based material,feldspar powder and other fillers with special additives in a certain proportion.The SEM was used to describe rgo zinc coating's topography and epoxy zinc rich primer and the results showed that the coating formed a compact structure with the addition of graphene.Neutral salt spray(NSS),adhesion and tafel polarization show that the graphene zinc coating has better anticorrosion performance than epoxy zinc rich primer.The dry film of graphene zinc coating containing 60%Zn and 0.5%graphene(mass fraction)exhibited the best corrosion resistance.Compared with the epoxy zinc rich primer,the neutral salt spray resistance time increased from 800 hours to 3500 hours,the drawing adhension increased from 8 MPa to 22.8 MPa,and the corrosion potential increased from 57 mV to 140 mV.The anti-corrosion mechanism of graphene zinc coating was also discussed.

    The protective layer prevents concrete corrosion and improves its durability.Different types of additional anti-corrosion coatings have different effects on improving the chloride ion corrosion resistance of concrete.Three surface film-forming coatings,three penetrating coatings,and one composite coating were selected,and the influence of coating types and water cement ratio on the chloride ion corrosion resistance of coated concrete was studied using the resistivity method.The results indicate that the coating can effectively inhibit the diffusion of chloride ions into the interior of concrete,and has a significant effect on improving the resistance of concrete to chloride ions.Under the same water cement ratio,the anti chloride ion corrosion effect of film-forming coatings is generally better than that of penetrating coatings,and composite coatings have the best performance.The water to adhesive ratio has a slight impact on the test results of the barrier effectiveness of the coating.

    In order to solve the problems of brittle film of moisture-curing acrylic modified polysiloxane coating,poor adhesion between the matching layer and epoxy intermediate paint,and easy peeling and cracking of the paint film,the effects of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin on the blending modification of acrylic modified polysiloxane resin,temperature and humidity and coating interval time on the compatibility were discussed.The optimum dosage of hydrobisphenol A epoxy resin,coating time interval,temperature and humidity were determined.The results show that the film flexibility of wet cured acrylic modified polysiloxane finish can be improved effectively when the dosage of hydrobisphenol A epoxy resin is 1%~3%.The coating interval time is controlled within 8 hours,the ambient temperature is controlled between 5~40℃,and therelativehumidity iscontrolled between 30%~80%.Thecoatingsystemhas excellent matching performance and the best interlayer adhesion.

    The research on on the surface color difference of mica iron oxide pigments aims to address the instability of traditional color measurement methods in accurately identifying the colors of pearlescent pigments.This study utilized a CCD sensor color recognition system in conjunction with a flat-top light source to compare different color correction algorithms.Ultimately,the dynamic threshold white balance algorithm model was chosen to achieve precise identification of mica iron oxide colors.By comparing the color recognition performance of spectrophotometers and CCD sensor color recognition systems,the experimental results demonstrated that the CCD sensor color recognition system has significant advantages and notably improves the stability and accuracy of traditional color measurement methods in color difference calculations.

    In this paper,the influence of surface roughness difference of cold rolled plate on the subsequent coating process is explored.In the process of the experiment,the roughness and micro-morphology of the cold-rolled sheet and the coating effect of the pre-treatment and electrophoresis was verifled by investigation of various items such as the thickness of the sample film,the mechanical properties of electrophoresis and the corrosion resistance.

    The water based repair adhesive has the advanta ges of safety,environmental protection and rapid curing at room temperature(dry within 48 hours).It is used to repair adhesive gaps in the coating workshop of automobile manufacturers,achieving anti-corrosion and stone impact resistance.Different types of lotion and their proportions have a great impact on the adhesion.By adjusting the types and proportions of lotion in the water-based repair adhesive,the adhesion of water-based repair adhesive to electrophoretic paint can be improved,and the required performance of the product can be met under the condition of curing at room temperature.

    Through the painting maintenance and construction of Yanjiadai overpass renovation and upgrading project,the painting quality and construction technology of waterborne coatings in outdoor concrete structures and steel pipe handrails are studied.This paper analyzes and improves the problems of water absorption,water absorption degradation and engineering application of waterborne industrial anti-corrosion coatings.Since the operation of the waterborne coatings maintenance and painting project for 3 years,the waterborne coatings system has been well protected,setting up an engineering demonstration for the promotion and application of industrial anti-corrosion waterborne coatings.

    The optimization design and experimental comparison of the coating pull-out adhesion detection device are introduced.The results show that the optimized design of the coating pull-out adhesion detection device can meet the determination of the coating adhesion pull-up method,and the problems of vertical alignment and tensile rate fluctuation can be overcome in the test,and the test column of different parts on the paint layer can be continuously tested through adjustment.The designed coating drawing adhesion detection device improves the test accuracy,the fluctuation performance in the test is small,and the data reliability is improved.

    Laboratory safety management is one of the important contents of the daily management of inspection and testing institutions,and also an important content and requirements of the qualification evaluation of inspection and testing institutions.In view of the safety problems found in on-site inspection of inspection and testing institutions,such as low safety management level,lack of safety management system,improper disposal of hazardous waste,weak safety risk identification ability,and insufficient safety training,the establishment measures of long-term safety management mechanism of inspection and testing institutions are discussed.It is necessary to strengthen the safety awareness of personnel at all levels,effectively identify the safety factors involved in inspection and testing activities,improve the efficiency and level of laboratory safety management,formulate the corresponding safety emergency plan,reduce the potential safety hazards and accidents,to better ensure the smooth development of the inspection and testing work.

    In this paper,the problem of showing the bottom in the process of on-line repair of snow-covered white paint is studied.In this paper,by studying the use of oily repair paint to repair the snow white body online before finishing,the body quality improvement under the special process of snow white is realized.which provides technical reference for the special process of pursuing high flicker effect of paint surface under the traditional 3C2B process.

    Corrosion is a destructive phenomenon that all materials in nature have to face.It will not only cause huge losses and resource consumption,but also endanger human health and safety.The effective anti-corrosion can not only beautify the appearance of the product,but also prolong the service life of the equipment.For enterprises,reducing process costs means creating economic benefits.On the premise of ensuring the anti-corrosion quality of products,this paper effectively reduces the corrosion protection cost of steel structural parts by controlling surface roughness,coating matching,spraying equipment,film thickness,repair rate and packaging protection.

    EcoatMaster simulation software was used to numerically simulate the electrophoretic state of a MPV vehicle.Firstly,through comparative analysis with the real car,the factors affecting the coincidence between the macro calculation and the real car are obtained.Based on the analysis of holes,pore size,hole's spacing and perforation of the unelectrophoretic region,suggestions for structural optimization are put forward.Finally,combined with the results of real vehicle anatomy,it is shown that electrophoretic simulation plays a good guiding role in structural optimization design.
