    Acrylic resin was modified by embedding Cardura E10P to design and synthesize acrylic resin with T_g=37℃.The monomer ratio was optimized by FOX,and the solubility parameters of hydroxyacrylic acid,curing agent and mixed solvent were calculated by group contribution method,which provided theoretical support for the molecular design and application of acrylic polyurethane.The experimental results show that the acrylic polyurethane topcoat prepared by it has excellent low-temperature curing,chemical resistance,weather resistance and gloss retention,and presents a wide application prospect in the field of coatings.

    The effect of zinc ions,magnesium ions,copper ions,nitrate ions,and other substances on the surface zirconium deposition and elemental changes of cold-rolled steel plates in a thin film pretreatment system mainly composed of fluorozirconate was studied using X-ray fluorescence qualitative full scan(XRF).Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP) was used to analyze the changes in ions before and after the reaction.Experiments have shown that adding zinc ions and nitrate ion to the tank solution,based on the presence of only fluorozirconate,can promote the hydrolysis of fluorozirconate and double the amount of zirconium deposition on the surface of the board;Adding magnesium and fluorine ions to the tank solution did not show a significant increase in the deposition of zirconium on the surface of the board,and even decreased.Fluorine ions improved the appearance of the board film to a certain extent;Adding copper ions and silane to the tank solution did not significantly change the amount of zirconium deposition on the surface of the board.However,in the elemental analysis,copper and silicon elements were added to the surface of the board,indicating their involvement in film formation.Silicon ions also have a certain improvement effect on the appearance of the board's film formation.

    In order to develop a colorful art paint with decorative colors and patterns such as hemp stone,granite,to replace or partially replace traditional color sand artistic real stone paint decorative coatings.The effects of different types of protection,functional aids on art coatings,and the effects of cellulose ratio and continuous phase emulsion dosage on the stability of colorful coatings and the water resistance of the paint film.It was found that:CH31 powder is used for protecting glue,consecutive 8081 dosage is 60%~70%,cellulose C100ms and HM10K are combined by 3:2,so that the colorful art paint is full and uniform,the film has excellent resistance and coloring performance,and the performance of water resistance and dirty resistance is not inferior to traditional color sand real stone paint.At the same time,the appearance of the paint film has a hemps-like granite and decorative effect.

    Acrylic emulsion was selected as film-forming material, zinc phosphate and iron oxide red were used as antirust pigments, and the effects of the type and amount of lotion and the amount of zinc phosphate on the performance of waterborne acrylic anti-corrosive coatings were studied. Add butyl ether as a quick drying agent and study the effect of its dosage on the drying rate of waterborne acrylic anti-corrosion coatings. The results showed that when the content of styrene acrylic lotion was 40%, the ratio of zinc phosphate to ferric oxide red was 1∶1 and 5%, and the content of butyl ether was 0.3%, the comprehensive performance of the waterborne acrylic fast drying anti-corrosion coating was the best.

    This article deeply investigates the influence of different process parameters on the electrochemical behavior of zirconium based conversion coatings,aiming to optimize the performance of zirconium based conversion coatings and enhance the corrosion resistance of metal materials.Galvanized sheet was used as the test substrate,the polarization curve was used to test and screen the optimal process conditions for the formation of zirconium conversion films,and the scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to detect the microscopic morphology of the transformation films at different times and formation processes,so as to fully understand the influence of various process parameters on their electrochemical behavior during the pretreatment of zirconium films.Results showed that the optimal conditions for zirconium conversion film deposition were as follows:Zr F_6^(2-)concentration was 0.3 g/L,free fluorine was 1.5×10^(-5),processing time was 2~4 min,processing temperature was 40℃,p H value was 4.2,the corrosion resistance of galvanized sheet was the best;A conversion film of uniform size and tightly arranged zirconium complexes was formed and was in good condition.

    A method is proposed to research and test the process parameters for automatic car paint sanding and polishing process.A robot system for automatic sanding and polishing system is introduced to the finishing line of car paint workshop,in which the process control is realized through the control of sanding/polishing tool system by robot programs.The test procedure is divided into two phases:material test in lab and continuous test on production line.The parameters including pressure force on surface,rotation speed of the tool and feedrate of the robot are controlled in the tests and the quality results are evaluated by the finished surface roughness and paint layer thickness.The test results demonstrate that this method can realize the construction of process database for car paint defect automatic repair process.

    In order to achieve thorough purification of spray painting exhaust gas, this article focuses on the principle, application environment, system composition, performance indicators, and treatment effects of regenerative combustion technology(RTO). C ombining factors such as spray painting process, exhaust gas concentration, and types of spray painting exhaust pollutants, the practical verification of the spray painting exhaust gas treatment process using zeolite wheel and regenerative combustion technology(RTO)shows that RTO has excellent effects in spray painting exhaust gas treatment, achieves purification treatment,and meets ultra-low emission requirements, which is worthy of application and promotion.

In this paper, the theory of coating adhesion is discussed,including anchoring theory, adsorption theory and chemical theory, and the effect of the theory is verified by examples, and the influence of construction methods and environmental factors on coating adhesion is also analyzed.
