摘要

汽车制造设备的可靠性直接决定产品质量以及产品产量,最佳最有效的维护策略可更有效地提高制造企业的维护效率。通过FEMA分析技术对设备系统中各故障模式进行科学的风险评估,进而对设备关键等级进行划分,并根据故障发生的实际情况制定最佳的维护策略。主要介绍北京奔驰MFA涂装车间输送设备维护策略制定时采用FMEA的基本原理及其分析思路。

Abstract

The reliability of automobile manufacturing equipment directly determines the product quality and output. The best and most effective maintenance strategy can improve the maintenance efficiency of manufacturing enterprises more effectively. Through FEMA analysis technology, the risk assessment of each failure mode in the equipment system is carried out scientifically, and then the key level of the equipment is divided, and the best maintenance strategy is made according to the actual situation of the failure. The basic principle and analysis idea of FMEA used in the formulation of transportation equipment maintenance strategy of Beijing Benz MFA coating workshop were introduced.
