摘要

主要研制了一种具有屏蔽效应和优异耐候性能的面漆,其基料树脂选用氟碳树脂和异氰酸酯树脂,颜填料选用金红石钛白粉、屏蔽填料石墨烯和云母粉,助剂选用耐老化助剂、防霉助剂等,最后面漆配套封闭清漆、防腐底漆之后耐盐雾和耐湿热能够达到1 500 h,耐氙灯老化能够达到2 000 h,同时测试了配套涂层的其他性能。

Abstract

The topcoat with shielding effect and excellent weather resistance was developed. The base resin is fluorocarbon resin and isocyanate resin, the pigment is rutile titanium dioxide, the shielding filler is graphene and mica powder, the additives are aging additives and anti-mold additives, etc. Finally, the topcoat is matched with a sealing varnish and anti-corrosion primer, and the salt spray and humidity resistance can reach 1 500 h, and the xenon lamp aging resistance can reach 2 000 h. At the same time, other properties of the matching coating were tested.
