摘要
转轮堵塞问题是涂装车的难点问题,易造成转轮效率下降,VOC排放浓度升高等,甚至造成设备停机、转轮焖燃的严重后果。从A公司现场实际情况出发,分析喷漆废气的微粒大小,利用显微镜、热重分析、Py-GCMS分析等多种工具和手段,确定堵塞的主要成因。通过毛刷和压缩空气结合的方式对堵塞转轮进行清理,取得了良好的效果。对比现场袋式过滤器和盒式过滤器的使用效果,确定了适合现场工况的过滤器,并通过设备改造,使转轮保持长期高效稳定运行。
Abstract
The clogging problem of the zeolite rotor is a difficult problem in the paint shop. It may reduce the efficiency and increase VOC emissions. When it is worse, it may even cause serious consequences such as equipment shutdown and burnt. Based on the actual situation of A company, the particle size of the paint exhaust gas was analyzed, using microscopes, thermo gravimetric analysis, Py-GCMS analysis and other tools to determine the clogging reason. After cleaning by brush and compressed air, the clogged rotor restored. By comparing the bag filter and cassette filter, the suitable filter was determined. After equipment modification,the rotor can maintain efficient and stable operation in a long term.
