摘要

主要介绍了涂装车间环网的功能和其硬件组成部分以及失效后的影响,使用鱼骨图对其失效原因进行全面分析,对所有原因进行风险系数打分,得出RNP值。针对RNP值高的项目制定对应的措施并跟踪其效果,以太网环网稳定性有了明显的提升。

Abstract

This article mainly introduced the function of painting workshop ring network, and its hardware components, failure analysis, the influence of its failure reason using the fishbone diagram is a comprehensive analysis of all the reasons why risk coefficient, RNP value are obtained. High with RNP value to formulate corresponding measures and follow up the effect. Ethernet ring network stability has the obvious improvement.
