首先以特殊的乳液聚合技术制备了丙烯酸酯乳液,并以此乳液为成膜物质,辅以氨基树脂、合适的颜填料和助剂,制备成水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆、研究了烘烤温度、烘烤时间以及氨基树脂用量等对漆膜性能的影响,并与市场上常见的水溶性丙烯酸树脂、水性丙烯酸二级分散体等产品的性能进行了对比:该水性丙烯酸酯乳液可以提供与水溶性丙烯酸相.美的光泽和硬度,同时提供更好的耐盐雾和耐候性能,更低的VOC排放,低气味,绿色环保,具有较大的应用市场。

A waterborne acrylic emulsion was synthesized by a special emulsion polymerization,and the baking coating was prepared based on this low VOC acrylic emulsion.The influence factors of baking temperature,baking time and the dosage of amino resin on the film performance were studied.Compared with commercial products water reducible resin and secondary dispersion was also studied.This acrylic emulsion shows comparable performance such as impact resistance and hardness,better salt spray resistance and durability,lower VOC emission.It has huge potential market and value in the baking coating application.
