摘要

介绍了静电喷漆的工作原理,通过工艺试验与传统空气喷漆对比,对静电喷漆工艺在塔机框架结构件喷涂中应用的可能性进行了分析,由试验结果可知,使用静电喷漆工艺可大幅提高喷涂效率,减少油漆浪费,同时有效改善涂装质量。

Abstract

The electrostatic spraying technology's principle was introduced.The possibility of application of electrostatic spraying on tower crane parts coating was analyzed by comparing the process test with the classical spraying technology.The test results showed that electrostatic spraying technology could reduce the coating consumption by a large margin and increase the spraying efficiency and improve the coating quality.
