摘要

阐述了两条粉末喷涂生产线先后所采用时5种加热方式的改造过程以及改造效果,由燃油和电能改为管道气,能源成本节约显著,从平均约1.4元/m^(2)降低到0.35元/m^(2)。对改造过程中涉及的安全、涂装生产线烘烤设备的设计、涂装加热方式的环保等问题提出一些思考和解决思路。

Abstract

The transformation process and effect of the five heating methods used in the two powder spraying production lines are described.The cost of electrical energy and diesel oil was about 1.4 yuan/m^(2) before,now is about 0.35 yuan/m^(2) by using pipeline gas.Some consider and solutions were put forward on the safety involved in the transformation process,the design of baking equipment in painting production line,and the environmental protection of coating heating mode.
