设计了一套客车车身涂装滑橇榆送系统,让车身在涂装车间各个工位实现自动调度和自动流转•该输送系统分为两层结构,使用滑橇作为运输承载体,一层实现各工位间车身的输送,二层为空滑橇返回线,主要设备有地面規床、平移车、升降棍床、回流棍床、90°旋转棍辊床、电气及信息化系统。

A set of mechanized conveying system for bus body painting process was designed,which could allow the bus body automatic scheduling and transfer in each station of painting workshop.This conveyor system is divided into two floors,using skids as the transport carriers.The first floor is the main equipment placement floor,and the second floor is the empty skid return line,including rolling beds,transport car,90°turning rolling beds,empty skid rolling beds,elevators,automatic control system,information collection and display system.
