摘要

在分析传统喷漆室有机废气处理方式存在不足之处的基础上,提出利用喷漆室循环风自浓缩直接焚烧的治理方式"首先通过计算喷漆室内VOC的产生量、分布量、循环风量等,完成了直接焚烧处理方案的设计;其次分析了喷漆室内有机物的体积分数,验证了方案的安全性;最后对比烟囱排出的废乞浓度与当地环保部门及相关法规要求,验证了方案的合规性,为后续喷漆室废气处理提供了新的设计思路及参考。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional organic waste gas treatment method of spray booth,the treatment method of direct incineration by self-concentration using circulating air in the spray booth was proposed.Firstly,the design of the direct incineration treatment plan was completed by calculating the amount of VOC generation,distribution,circulation air volume,etc.in the spray booth.Secondly,the volume fraction of organic matter in the spray booth was analyzed to verify the safety of the treatment.Finally,the exhaust gas concentration from the chimney was verified with the requirements of the local environmental protection department and relevant regulations.It provides a new design idea and reference for the exhaust gas treatment of the subsequent spray booth.
