摘要

针对涂装新线调试发生的清漆缩孔问题,排查了压缩空气、链条油、过滤材料、车身擦净布和机器人雾化器,确定了机器人压缩空气温度低,在雾化器表面形成了冷凝水,滴落至车身形成缩孔,最终通过安装压缩空气加热装置消除了雾化器的冷凝水和缩孔问题。

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of vamishing cratering in the new line of painting,the compressed air,chain oil,filter material,body cleaning cloth and robot atomizer were checked.It was determined that the compressed air leinperature of the robot was low,the condensate water was formed on the surface of the atomizer,and the drop to the body forms the cratering.Finally,the problem of condensation water and cratering of atomizer was eliminated by installing compressed air heating device.
