摘要

介绍了应用CAE仿真技术进行电泳参数分析的过程,研究了多车型共线生产条件下各车型最佳电泳参数,结合车型识别系统的应用,实现了电泳电压的精细化控制。

Abstract

The process of electrophoretic parameter analysis by using CAE simulation technology was introduced,the best electrophoretic parameters of each vehicle under the condition of multi-type vehicle collinear production was studied,and the fine control of electrophoretic voltage by combining with the application of vehicle recognition system was realized.
