摘要

橘皮是车身面漆常见的缺陷之一,主要介绍了橘皮的评价方式,分析了橘皮产生的原因和影响因素,并探究了从涂装材料、涂装设备以及涂装环境方面对该缺陷进行改善控制的措施。

Abstract

The orange peel is one of the common defects of automobile painting.The evaluation method of orange peel was introduced and the causes and influencing factors of orange peel were analyzed.The defects were improved and controlled from painting materials,spraying equipment and environment.
