摘要

结合国内涂装生产线生产经验,通过对故障加湿系统、雾化加湿系统以及硅烷循环、换热、除渣系统的应急控制策略的优化组合,实现了降低停线报废风险的目的。

Abstract

The humidification system after breakdown,the atomization humidification system,the silane circulatory system,the silane heat transfer system and the silane deslagging system were studied based on the production experience of coating production line in China.The purpose of reducing the obsolescence risk due to stopping line was realized by the optimization of the emergency control strategy.
