摘要

介绍了涂装电泳后二次流痕现象,查找了具体原因并制定了解决方案。从板材、冲压、焊接到涂装电泳线,综合各项管控手段分析,针对各工序提出相应的解决方案,最终解决了涂装电泳二次流痕问题的发生。

Abstract

The phenomenon of secondary flow mark after coating electrophoresis was introduced,the concrete reason was found out and the solution was formulated.In order to control the occurrence of secondary flow marks in coating electrophoresis,various control means were analyzed from plate,stamping,welding to coating electrophoresis line in the creative system,the corresponding solutions were provided for each process.
