摘要

汽车未来生产必须要往无污染、节能减排、优化产能、科技生产等方向发展,要想解决整车生产能耗高、污染严重的传统磷化前处理涂装,首先就要解决污染严重的磷化工艺。现在市场上已经开发出薄膜前处理以替代传统磷化,但由于薄膜前处理管控不好会影响整车防腐性能,受此影响各大整车厂使用很少。

Abstract

The future automobile industry shall develop in the direction of no-pollution,energy-conservation and emission-reduction.Efforts should be made to optimize production capacity and to promot scientific and technological production.In order to solve problems of the traditional phosphating pretreatment coating like high energy consumption and serious pollution,we must first solve the serious pollution phosphating process.Thin-film pretreatment has been developed in the market to replace the traditional phosphating.However,poor control of thin-film pretreatment will affect the corrosion protection of the whole vehicle,so thin-film pretreatment is relatively less used in the industry currently.
