设备维修备件的管理是设备管理的三大支柱之一,如何保证同一种类备件的物料编码的唯一性是各项备件管理工作优化的基础。通过将一种基于分词矩阵的模糊匹配算法引入到物料管理中,在备件物料编码申请和审批管理系统中计算与已存备件种类的相似度,实现了智能辅助编码生成,从而防止物料编码的重复,支撑备件共享使用,优化储备结构,最终实现备件库存管理的优化。

The spare parts management is always the base of equipment management,it is still an issue to keep the material code uniqueness for the same parts.The application of a new duplicate checking algorithm to the material code management of spare parts was discussed.It will prevent the repetition of material coding,support the shared use of spare parts,optimize the reserve structure,and finally realize the optimization of spare parts inventory management.
