摘要

涂装是能耗大户,在设备开机后,能源就不断被消耗,如何构建涂装无间歇式生产模式,是涂装人的理想与追求,本文重点从管理优化方面入手,探索了构建涂装无间歇式生产模式。

Abstract

Coating is a large energy consumption.After the equipment started,the energy is constantly consumed.How to build a continuous production mode of coating is the ideal and pursuit of the coating people.The management optimization was focused on and the construction of a continuous production mode of coating was explored.
