摘要

在新能源车型在调试及生产爬坡阶段,对现场出现的电泳烤箱相关车型特殊位置指定炉温测量点在一定温度下烘烤时间不足的问题进行了一系列分析,采取各种措施进行优化验证该问题的解决为以后同行遇到同类的技术问题提供解决方法与经验,对快速找到问题的根本原因,进而采取措施,高效解决问题,对新车型的快速投产有重要的意义。

Abstract

In the stage of commissioning and production of new energy models,the problem of insufficient baking time at a certain temperature measuring points in the special position of electrophoretic oven related models is analyzed.The solution of this problem provides the method and experience to encounter similar technical problems in the future,that can quickly find the root cause of the problem and then take measures to solve the problem efficiently,and it is of great significance to rapid production of new models.
