摘要

在磷化槽液管理中,硝酸根通常得不到技术人员的重视,但是这并不意味着硝酸根不能引发异常现象,通过展示两种异常磷化问题的处理过程,深入分析了硝酸根在磷化槽液中存在的意义及其在磷化反应中的转化。

As an important component of phosphating,nitrate is not paid attention to by technicians.Through the demonstration of two kinds of abnormal phosphating problem processing,the significance of nitrate in phosphating bath and its transformation in phosphating reaction were analyzed.The reasons for the problemd.
