摘要

对生产过程中全自动喷涂机器人积漆问题进行分析,通过对喷涂轨迹、工艺参数等进行优化,最终解决了积漆对质量的影响。

Abstract

The problem of paint accumulation of full-automatic spraying robot was analyzed.By optimizing the spray track,process parameters and other measures,the effect of paint accumulation on quality was finally solved.
