摘要
优选气干型不饱和聚酯树脂为主成膜物质,以各种不同超细碳酸钙复配为补强填料,通过科学搭配适量的分散剂、防沉剂、消泡剂以及流平削等功能类助剂,研制出具有高致密性、表面收缩率低、漆膜光滑平整、可以节省打磨工序的不饱和聚酯白底漆.试验过程采用单一比较法,逐一分析了不饱和聚酯树脂与填料的选择、功能助削流平剂和防沉剂遴选以及喷涂间隔时间等施工因素对漆膜附着力及涂装效果的影响.结果表明:以柔性链结构不饱和聚酯树脂E为成膜物质,通过填料科学复配使用,功能助剂调节综合性能,所制不饱和聚酯白色底漆漆膜性能优异,无需打磨工序就可以喷涂面漆,迅速提升了不饱和聚酯底漆的施工效率,有良好的市场发展前景。
Abstract
Preferably air-diy unsaturated polyester resin is tlie main film-forming material,and various ultrafine calcium carbonate compounds are used as reinforcing fillers,and appropriate dispersants,anti-settling agents,defoamers and leveling agents are scientifically matched.Functional additives,developed an unsaturated polyester white primer with high compactness,low surface shrinkage,smooth and flat paint film,which can save the polishing process.The test process adopts a single comparison method to analyze the influence of construction factors such as the selection of unsaturated polyester resin and fillers,the selection of functional additives,leveling agents and anti-settling agents,and the spraying interval on the paint film adhesion and coating effect.The results show that the flexible chain stmcture unsaturated polyester resin E is used as the film-forming substance,and the fillers are scientifically compounded and used,and the functional additives are used to adjust the overall performance.The unsaturated polyester white primer paint has excellent surface performance and does not require sanding.The top coat can be sprayed,which quickly improves the construction efficiency of unsaturated polyester primer,and has a good market development prospect.
