摘要

通过包覆沉淀法制备了改性TiO_(2)纳米粒子,研究了分散剂用量和pH对改性纳米TiO_(2)分散性的影响,通过分散稳定性试验、X射线衍射、粒径及Zeta电位、透射电镜、紫外漫反射光谱改性涂料等方式对改性TiO_(2)纳米粒子进行性能表征。结果表明:改性可大幅度提高纳米TiO_(2)的分散稳定性和紫外吸收性能;改性纳米TiO_(2)在涂料中占比为0.4%时,涂层具有优异的硬度、附着力、柔韧性等,且可明显提高涂层的耐老化性能。

Abstract

In this paper,modified TiO_(2)nanoparticles were prepared by coating precipitation method,and the effect of dispersant dosage and pH value on the dispersibility of modified nano-TiO_(2)was studied.The properties of modified TiO_(2)nano powders were tested by transmission electron microscopy,ultraviolet diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and modified coatings.The dispersion stability of modified nano-TiO_(2)can be greatly improved,and the nano-particles have excellent UV absorption performance.When the proportion of modified nano-TiO_(2)in the coating is 0.4%,the coating has excellent hardness,adhesion,flexibility and excellent aging resistance properties.
