摘要

水性环氧富锌底漆大量减少了挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的排放,但其防腐性能仍难以达到溶剂型环氧富锌底漆的水平。通过控制环氧树脂和改性胺固化剂反应基团物质的量比为1.2∶1、干膜锌粉含量为60%、石墨烯含量为0.25%和颜料体积浓度为40%,制备了一种具有3 000 h耐盐雾性能的低含锌量石墨烯水性环氧富锌底漆。

Abstract

The waterborne zinc-rich epoxy primer greatly reduced the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOC), but its anti-corrosion performance is still difficult to reach the level of solvent-based zinc-rich epoxy primer. A low zinc content graphene waterborne zinc-rich epoxy primer with 3 000 hours salt spray resistance was prepared by controlling the molar ratio of reaction groups of epoxy resin and modified amine curing agent was 1.2∶1, the content of zinc powder in dry film was 60%, the content of graphene was 0.25% and the pigments volume concentration(PVC) was 40%.
