摘要

概述了降低涂装烘房能耗的常见措施,根据工程机械结构件溶剂型涂料低温烘干工艺特点,提出了红外辐射余热利用技术。利用单工位红外辐射加热产生的多余热量对临近工位空气进行加热,同时满足双工位结构件涂层烘干固化的要求,并在新建的涂装线中开展应用。经验证,该技术能够满足现场生产节拍需求,且烘干能耗比热风循环加热降低40%以上,具有较好的应用推广价值。

Abstract

The common measures to reduce energy consumption for coating drying chamber were described.According to the characteristics of low temperature drying process of solvent-based coatings for structural parts, the infrared radiation waste heat utilization technology was provided. The waste heat generated by single-station infrared radiation heating was used to heat the air near the station, and at the same time meeting the coating curing requirements of dual-station structural parts. The results showed that the technology could meet production rhythm requirements, reduced the drying energy consumption by more than40% in comparison to the heated air circulation, and was popularized and applied.
