摘要

面漆喷涂是汽车涂装的最后一道工序,面漆生产的质量反应出涂装车间的制造水平。面漆生产过程中会产生缩孔等质量问题,增加了生产时的打磨及抛光工作量和生产成本。本文以Q C活动的方式,解决涂装车间面漆缩孔质量问题,提高了面漆工序段的生产效率。

Abstract

Topcoat is the last process of automobile coating,which reflects the manufacturing level of the coating workshop.Q uality problems such as crater will occur during the production of finish paint,the workload of grinding and polishing will be increased,which leads to production costs go up.In this paper,the crater was solved by means of QC activities,and the production efficiency of finish paint process section was improved.
