摘要

阐明了车门窗框电泳流痕产生的原因,分别从钣金结构的设计、钣金加工精度的控制及工装导入辅助等方面进行对策验证,为车门窗框电泳流痕的消除提供了明确的思路。

Abstract

The generation and influencing factors of electrophoretic flow marks were described. the frequent problems of poor flow marks on the window frame of BIW from the aspects of structural design, machining accuracy control and production tooling assistance were analyzed. And the strategies and measures to improve the poor electrophoretic flow marks on the window frame were shared.
