摘要

针对一次汽车面漆漆包批量缺陷的案例,介绍了漆包问题排查、分析和解决的过程,最终锁定为面漆材料配方变化是导致问题的真因,并制定了长期有效的预防措施。

Abstract

The investigation, analysis process and solution of bulge problem on automobile topcoat were introduced. The change of the topcoat formula was confirmed as the true reason. Afterwards, a series of effective long-term measures were implemented.
