摘要

新车型设计时涂装需对车身底部抗石击性能进行分析研究,根据设计规范要求,模拟出整车在不同条件下运行时石击可能覆盖到的区域,从而确定出最佳的保护方案,为前期设计提供有利的依据,提升产品性能和质量。

Abstract

It is necessary to study anti-stone impact performance of the bottom of car body during the design of new models. According to the requirements of the design specification, simulate the area that may be covered by stone damage when the vehicle runs under different conditions, so as to determine the best protec-tion scheme, provide a favorable basis for the preliminary design, improve product performance and quality.
