客车牌照孔内存在腻子渣问题,影响牌照固定螺栓安装,易引起客户抱怨,影响产品品质及销售。本文对牌照孔内存在腻子渣问题进行原因分析,通过对制焊焊接、制焊打磨及涂装腻子刮涂进行优化改善,进一步提高牌照孔部位焊接质量及打磨质量,大部分牌照孔处取消了腻子刮涂,少部分牌照孔处采取避开其孔处找补腻子弥补缺陷处理,其牌照孔内存在腻子渣问题得以彻底解决。

The effects of putty slag in the license plate hole of passenger car on the fixing bolts installation often cause customer complaints.Sometimes,this problem would induce the decrements of the product quality and sales.The formation origin of the putty slag in the license plate hole was analyzed.The welding quality and polishing quality of the license plate hole were improved by.optimizing welding,polishing and coating putty scraping.Finally,the putty scraping was canceled at most of the license plate holes,and a small number of license plate holes were treated with patchy putty avoiding the holes to make up for defects,the problem of putty slag in the license plate holes was completely solved.
