摘要

介绍了钢箱梁涂装智能化机器人编程方式,并对机器人的喷涂工艺参数进行设定和优化,同时对现有的控制和管理升级,达到现代化、自动化、智能化涂装生产的目标。

Abstract

The programming method of intelligent robot for coating steel box girder was introduced, and the spraying process parameters of the robot was set and optimized. At the same time, the existing control and management were upgraded to construct a modern, automatic and intelligent coating production line.
