摘要

随着涂料与涂装技术进步以及成本降低、各级政府环保政策力度的加强,汽车零配件行业推广使用纯水漆配套系统生产条件已经成熟,企业防治VOC的主要措施采用源头控制比末端治理更好。本文主要介绍了汽车轮毂制造业内使用的低VOC排放纯水漆产品配套系统,分析及解决了实施中的难点问题。

Abstract

With the development of coating technology and its cost reduction,government offices try to strengthen environmental protection policy all over the country.In this case,it is good chance for auto-parts industry to promote the use of pure water paint system with the low VOC emission.By comparison,it will be better for controlling VOC emission at its source than for treating VOC at the end.In this article,the pure water paint system with the low VOC emission was introduced for automobile wheel hub.At the same time,the analysis of difficult problems and their solution were presented during the pure water paint system was implemented.
