摘要

针对E车型电泳车身出现的黄色污染物进行调查分析,化验黄色污染物的成分,分析黄色污染物产生的原因,并提出了改进控制措施,出车效果证明,改进方案可以消除E车型电泳车身黄色污染物问题。

Abstract

On the basis of the investigation of the yellow pollutants on the E-type electrophoretic vehicle body,their compositions were tested and the formation of yellow pollutants were analyzed.Finally,the improving control measures of the yellow pollutants on the E-type electrophoretic vehicle body were put forward.It was proved that the improving control measures could effectively eliminate the yellow pollutants in E-type electrophoretic vehicle body.
