摘要

本文从施工工艺角度,对有机硅涂层的耐热性影响因素进行分析,探讨了涂料调配〉喷涂方式、冷却方式与晾置时间等因素对涂层耐热性能的影响,并提出改善涂层耐热性的关键控制点,以促进有机硅涂层工艺质量的提升。

Abstract

From the perspective of construction technology,the influencing factors of heat resistance of silicone coating were studied.The effects of coating preparation,spraying method and cooling conditions(cooling method and drying time)on the heat resistance of silicone coatings were researched.The key points was proposed to improve the heat resistance of organosilicon coatings.
