摘要

介绍了新产品在涂装制造过程中密封质量管控的流程,从车身密封设计验证到制造过程中人、机、料的保障,最后再从密封性能检测、过程关联问题整改情况及涂胶外观的状态几个方面对制造工艺水平进行评估。

Abstract

In this article,the process of sealing quality control of new products in the coating process was introduced from the verification of the car body seal design to the guarantee of the man,machine,and materials in the manufacturing process.Finally,the quality of the manufacturing process was evaluated from the aspects of sealing performance testing,process-related problem occurrence rate and glue appearance review.
