摘要

简述了提高UV树脂、UV涂料硬度及耐磨性的常见方法,为了克服无机粒子在UV树脂,UV涂料中分散不均及易沉降等不足,介绍并制备了一种紫外光(UV)固化纳米SiO_(2)杂化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯及其涂料,该杂化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯及其涂料具有较低的黏度和较低的纳米粒子含量,经紫外光充分固化后,涂层硬度高,耐磨性好,在木地板、橱柜板等家具行业及其他耐磨涂层领城具有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract

The common methods to improve the hardness and abrasion resistance for UV resins and coating are briefly described in this article.In order to overcome the defects that inorganic particle is dispersion heterogeneous and settleable in UV resins and coating,we introduces how to make one kind of UV cured nano-silica hybrid polyurethane acrylate and coatings!This polyurethane acrylate and its coating have characteristics of lower viscosity,lower content of nano-particles.The coating has high hardness and good abrasion resistance after fully curing by UV.It has extensive applications in the furniture industry such as wood floor,cabinet and other fields of abrasion resistnace coating fields.
