摘要

智能电动输漆循环系统具有节能降耗、噪音小特点,并采用多种运行模式。本文结合某公司现场实际应用,从生产模式(压力模式)、非生产/待机模式(流量模式)、节假日模式、节能降耗等方面的应用情况进行应用探讨,实现设备稳定不易损坏,大大提升工作效率,最终可实现降低成本减少能耗的目标。

Abstract

The circulation system of intelligent electric paint has the characteristics of energy saving and consumption reduction,low noise,and has a variety of operating modes.Based on a company's actual application,this paper discusses the application of production mode(pressure mode),non-production/standby mode(traffic mode),holidays mode,saving energy and reducing consumption,etc.,so as to achieve stable equipment and not easy to damage,greatly improve work efficiency,and finally achieve the goal of reducing costs and reducing energy consumption.
