涂装的创新应用不同于实验室的研究,在拥有成本降低可能的同时,也隐含了质量、安全、操作习慣等方面的不确定性。本文总结了取消去离子水洗、前处理一体化供水、烘干和固化共用一个燃烧机、燃气尾气直接进入团化烘箱以及前处理不更换槽液等创新实践经历和效蕴对比,对相关负面影响提出针对性的解决方案。

The innovation in coating process is different from the research in laboratory.It means the lower costs,and at the seam time the uncertainty of quality,security and working habit.In this paper,several innovations practice and benefit comparison are discussed such as cancelling ion-free water in washing,integrated water supply in pre-treatment,sharing one burner between drying and thermosetting oven,using emissions of the burner directly into thermosetting oven,and no discarding solutions used for treating et al.At the same time,targeted solutions are put forward to the negative impacts.
