摘要

主要介绍了汽车涂装工艺中的工装、车身结构、电泳涂料、输送方式、空腔注蜡、PVC胶密封等,结合实践对比,探讨如何提高车身内腔防腐的措施。

Abstract

In this paper,the automobile coating process are mainly introduced from the tools,body structure,,electrophoretic coating,transportation mode,cavity wax injection,PVC sealant and other aspects,combined with the practice of comparison,and how to improve the body cavity anti-corrosion measures is discussed.
