摘要

主要介绍了喷漆室喷漆双链的结构以及爬行问题的由来,从驱动力、润滑、多边形效应3个方面对双链爬行的影响进行了分析、验证,并确认可以通过调整润滑方法来减小双链爬行,满足使用要求。

Abstract

The structure of spray paint double-chain and the origin of crawling problem are mainly introduced,and the impact of the double-chain crawling is analyzed and verified from the three aspects of driving force,lubrication and polygon effect.It is confirmed that double-chain crawling can be reduced by adjusting lubrication method to meet the requirements.
