The floor carpet of urban rail vehicles is bonded to the whole area,and the cost of replacing the floor carpet of the vehicle due to local defects is too large.In this paper,the causes of common problems such as bulging,damages and weld cracking of floor carpet in the use of urban rail vehicles are analyzed,and the related repair process is introduced.After the repair,the overall effect is good,which can effectively solve the problems in the daily use of floor carpet and provide reference for the daily maintenance of floor carpet of urban rail vehicles.
