摘要

研究了锌烯比对环氧石墨烯锌粉底漆与环氧云铁中间漆和氟碳面漆的复合涂层在海南大气环境自然暴露下防腐蚀性能的影响。试验表明:锌烯比(锌粉与石墨烯的体积比)为91:9时,25%锌粉体积浓度的环氧石墨烯锌粉底漆复合涂层在海南大气环境下自然暴露4年后,划线处单边扩蚀宽度仅为0.16mm,底漆单涂层的SST超过6000h。

Abstract

The effect of zinc-ene ratio on corrosion resistance of composite coatings of epoxy graphene zinc powder primer under natural exposure in Hainan atmosphere was studied.The experimental results showed that when the zinc-ene ratio(the volume ratio of zinc powder to graphene)was 91:9,and the volume con-centration of zinc powder was 25%,after natural exposure to Hainan atmospheric environment for four years,the width of the single side of the marking was only O.16 mm,and the SST of the single coating of the primer was more than 6000 h.
