摘要

对DC1-2577和3种国内自主研制的有机硅敷形涂料进行了电性能参数测试,并在L波段电路上进行了关键指标对比测试验证。结果表明:涂覆后和15周期湿热后的电路产品均能达到指标要求,3种国内自主研制的有机硅敷形涂料对印制电路板有良好的防护作用,且不会影响电路性能,可进一步在产品中推广应用,性能与DC1-2577相当。

Abstract

The electrical properties of DC1-2577 and three self-developed silicone coatings were tested,and the key indicators of L-band circuits were compared.The results showed that the key indicators of L-band circuits could meet the requirements and after the 15 cycles damp heat test.The three domestic silicone conformal coatings have good protection ability for L-band circuits,and can be further promoted and applied into the products.
