汽车涂装生产线采用高压静电喷涂已成为近年来的主流喷涂方式,高压静电喷涂有利于提高油漆吸附率,极大改善喷涂质量。结合现场喷涂设备的高压故障,简单阐述了高压产生的原因以及相应的改进措施,为高压喷涂设备的维护提供一些新思路与方法。

The use of high voltage electrostatic spraying in automobile painting production lines has become more and more popular in recent years.High-voltage electrostatic spraying is beneficial to improve the paint adsorption rate and greatly improve the spraying quality.In this paper,the causes of high voltage problem and the corresponding improvement measures were simply expounded in combination with the high voltage fault of field spraying equipment,which provided some new ideas and methods for the maintenance of high voltage spraying equipment.
