摘要

综述了喷涂机器人本体智能控制、智能轨迹生成、量产信息化及智能质量控制、维护保养智能化等方面的开发应用进展。分析认为,智能化的喷涂机器人系统将会为汽车工业的繁荣发展提供更加强劲的技术支撑,并且有望突破调试周期短、多品种小批量、无过喷等技术瓶颈,全面应用于一般工业领域。

Abstract

The recent development and application progress of the intelligent painting robot system were summarized,such as intelligent control technology,intelligent path generating,the informationize and intelligent quality control in mass production,and intelligent maintenance.The analysis showed that the intelligent painting robot system would provide more powerful technical support for the prosperity and development of the automotive industry,and was expected to break through the technical bottlenecks such as multi variety,small batch painting in short commissioning time and no overspray painting,and was fully applied to various general industries.
