摘要

电泳是目前汽车行业保证整车防锈性能的主要技术手段,其品质好坏直接决定整车机能,所以电泳品质检证是汽车涂装同步工程极其重要的工作内容之一。但是,影响车身电泳品质的因素很多,如何在新车型开发阶段利用车身数字模型对新车型的电泳品质进行准确预判,一直是汽车涂装同步工程领域的共同困扰。近些年随着信息技术的快速发展和进步,虚拟检证技术日益成熟、应用越来越多,为全面提升新车型电泳品质的检证精度提供了新的解决思路和方案。

Abstract

Electrophoresis is the most important way to ensure the anti-rust performance of the vehicle in the automobile industry,its quality directly determines the vehicle function,so electrophoresis quality inspection is one of the most important work in the automobile painting synchronization project.However,there are many factors that affect the quality of car body electrophoresis.How to accurately predict the quality of car body electrophoresis by using digital car body models in the development stage of new models has always been a common problem in the field of car painting synchronization engineering.In recent years,with the development and progress of technology,some virtual verification technologies are increasingly mature and applied more and more,providing new ideas and solutions for comprehensively improving the verification accuracy of automobile body electrophoresis quality.
