摘要

介绍了铸铁排水管的腐蚀工况,分析腐蚀机理及对涂层的性能要求。通过对树脂体系搭配、颜填料的筛选确定配方结构,最终对比不同颜基比下的涂层性能,得到最优体系及配比,研制出铸铁管专用无溶剂重防腐涂料。

Abstract

The corrosion condition of cast iron drainage pipe was introduced,and the corrosion mechanism and the performance requirements of the coating were analyzed.Through the selection of resin system and pigments and fillers,the formula structure was determined.Finally,the coating performance under different pigment base ratio was compared to obtain the optimal system and ratio,and a solvent-free heavy anti-cor-rosion coating for cast iron pipes was developed.
