摘要

从涂料分散剂的作用机理出发,通过分散剂在涂料的生产、贮存、施工成膜、涂膜长期耐性等4个阶段起作用的设计理念入手,对分散剂的结构进行分子合成及设计,得到了一款性能全面、作用效果优异的多功能分散剂.并对其在水性涂料中的应用性能进行评估,在分散效率、降黏、贮存、成膜、涂膜耐性等方面与市场上的同类产品相比具有明显的优势,具有强大的技术制高点和广泛的应用市场潜力.

Abstract

the stabilization mechanism of dispersants and functions of dispersants in the stages of coating manufacturing,storage,film formation,and dry film properties were discussed.By the molecular synthesis and design of polymer architecture,a multi-functional dispersant with outstanding performance was obtained.The application performance was evaluated in waterborne coating system and found that it had clear advantages over competitive products in terms of dispersion efficiency,viscosity reduction,storage stability,appearance and barrier properties.This innovative dispersant product demonstrated broad application potential.
