摘要

本文就锆化前处理工艺参数-设备故障停线锈蚀验证、设备改造方案及配槽和调试生产三方面介绍了轻卡涂装磷化前处理工艺升级为锆化前处理工艺的研究应用情况.

Abstract

The research and application of light truck coating phosphating preireatment process upgraded to zirconium pretreatment process were introduced from three aspects:corrusion verification with zirconium pretreatment process parameters and production line stopped by equipment failure.equipment renovation plan and hath solution configuration and commissioning production.
